Description:
After flying past Westover Plantation, on the James River below Richmond, many many times, today I finally landed and went ashore. It's a working farm, and the owners live in the house, which was built in 1735. The grounds are open to the public, but the house, only one day a year (and this wasn't it).
The breakwall was intimidating, so I beached the SeaRey at the far left end.

A breakwall made of bricks! Reminds one of the days of cheap labor? Gorgeous picture Don.
