    Interesting airplane! Single struts suggest a metal-covered wing. Are the spars wood, like the canopy frame, or aluminum? Sturdy gear, like a Vollmer's. Mechanical drum brakes. Hey--that looks like a PROGRESSIVE AERODYNE crate on the right--but the N is backwards, like the Russian letter for the 'ee' sound. What gives, Toad?
