I just scanned this image from my Aviation Quebec Jun 2008. they dont say in the article that it happens only in Quebec...as you might think hehehe...
Ok the story explain that the big demand for airline company is absorbing students before they have their privat licence. Some say that this situation is only beginning. The flying schools are emptying their human capitals and will be harder to follow the demand. And if the tandance keeps on they say that the futur flying tachers will be ME oups no, beginers if no planification plans is established.
The article dont say what happened to the pil... the bird nest...

Bruno, I've seen this picture before. I can't remember the particulars, but it was mentioned that the photographer couldn't resist playing a trick. The sign is not really located there. He took a pic of it somewhere else on the field and then photo-shopped it in here for the amusement factor.
