“What! You just said the storm is going to the west. Besides, they have skiffs tied to the back.”

“Yeah, but what if they won’t start.”

“Then they can swim. We don’t have time to screw around here on the river.”

“Fine. Then just one splash. If they need help, they can shoot off a flare.”

“Whatever.”
