Ha! I wrote it about the wrong city, then suddenly remembered that the capitol is in Charleston. Duh! Well, here it is anyway:<br /><br />A SeaRey once landed in Wheeling<br />And the capitol cops felt a feeling<br />That made them quite sick,<br />But Jeff yanked on the stick<br />And left the feeling Wheeling cops reeling.<br /><br />It scans, more or less, but doesn't make much sense. Top it with a limerick about Charleston.
