Just stating the facts, Mark. :-). Wouldn't it be cool to commute to one of these fish houses with a
Searey? At one time there were
dozens of these structures. They cannot be replaced by federal law, so each time we have a
hurricane some disappear. it will be a
sad day when the last one vanishes.

I spent the night in the first house in 1977. We ran aground on a sand bar and were stuck as the tide was going out. The people invited my family to spend the night. I was in the 9th grade.... We thought they were poor, until we they had a seaplane fly-in. I was so fascinated with the plane....
