Don, yes and no. LOL. The rescue boat is there for the Poker
Runs.
In case of an emergency at the halfway point.
I have a marine handheld wired into my intercom system..
I let them know I wasn't too far away if they could shoot their
water guns so I can fly through it they had absolutely, no
problem.( the captain and the superintendent of fire
departments is a good close friend of mine as well), and the
photo helicopter was in the area as well.
There's quite a few better photos that I'm having the
photographer frame for me one for the house and one for the
hanger that came out really good this is just a snapshot from
one of the videos...

So then it WAS just for you, Luis. It looks even cooler now. And if this is only a hint at even better shots--well, that's really terrific. What a great souvenir!
(It would make a great magazine photo, maybe even a cover shot if there's an angle that shows the boat and the plane looking big in the same one frame. You might query the editors of a few aviation mags to see if one might be interested in doing an article about seaplanes' participation in poker runs. The SPA's Water Flying editor would probably be the easiest to pitch to, but you might try the big ones first: Flying, Plane & Pilot, AOPA, EAA, in that order. Probably best to email them one at a time and wait for the response (but let them know discretely that you intend to try others if they don't want it). And I'd send a lo-res sample of a great shot, not the best version.)
