Description:
I was cutting grass when I saw the Storch overhead. Got my hand held and said..' I'll be with you in 5' Meet me over the light house at 1100' and 70 mph.' Dave and Sharen took this picture as I was about to go down the ramp.

Yes it is Don...and I didn't know that Dave had a web site. He is a fantastic guy.....very low key and quietly competent. Has built seven sail boats and the Strorch is the 3rd a/c he has built....and last, if you believe his wife ,Carol. Last evening, I was up flying to the north of our place and spotted him doing an orbit over the house. Snuck up and called him on the radio. 'Where are you' he replyed.' 6 o'clock, and one a/c length....you'r dead'

hey Dan...t'was him that got ' tacka....tacka....tacka ' in his butt. He is a very conservative guy and when I told him that I was @ 6....the Storch gave a little shake. He has never done formation flying and we are working on that but due to the wing on his airplane, the echelon posn is quite far back. He likes being above and abeam me....which I don't like. Vee vill fixit !!
