He has a 912 S and has a web site which has been posted on this site in one of the earlier pictures of the Storch I posted a while ago. Will try to get it for you. The funny thing with this airplane is that the cabin viz is not that great from the front seat and very poor from the back seat due to the tubing inside the cabin. Dave had never flown formation, so is still experimenting with finding a good position to form up on. I tried a formation t/o with him this past wek and he lept into the air and was at 1000' agl before I had the gear up on VMU. Had to S turn so that I could keep him as leader. We are having a lot of fun and he is now getting a little closer when I lead. We cruise at 70 mph as this seems to be a good speed for him to manoeuvre at.
