Description: Took off early and planned to fly to an RAA meeting at hawke Field.....just east of Toronto. In a loose formation with the Storch, we flew along the shoreline of Lake Ontario and watched the mist and then fog bank NOT BURN OFF.....fcst was for severly clear. WRONG ! Ended up back at destination 1:20 later.
