Description: I just got back from 45.8 terrific hours of flying to Iowa, Oshkosh, Beaver Island, the Georgian Bay Gaggle, the Lake Ontario Gaggle, and--oh! I'm sorry to tell you, the best part of trip trip--on and above Keuka Lake, in NY state.

I flew south down the lake to Hammondsport, where Glenn Curtiss flew the very first successful seaplane. Landed on the lake and taxied up onto a beach. Almost immediately, this Lazair showed up--the only Lazair ever to have a monofloat. It did a series of tight circles and then landed.
