Description: Calling all Seareys ……. Calling all Seareys ….. It has been reported that a seaplane base in North Florida will be inviting airplanes of the amphibious type to join in a day of splashing and dashing at the opulent bachelor’s pad of Pat Coyles. Seareys from around the country and Canada are requested to help devour good food and allow the local Hooter’s girls to pose with their airplanes. Cat and Rat chasing of a formulative structure should be expected.

Heaven's to Betsy!!! The Catherders will be running rampant in FLA again. Dan, you better get home quick and get things under control (or join in the festivities). See what happens when you abandon your home state for too long.

Dan should be back tomorrow. He called a Catherders meeting at Gator Joe's for lunch tomorrow.

    Jon,

Would you be willing to allow an ambassador or two from the Rat Pack to attend your collection of Cats? What time are you launching?
Robert, Dan called a little while ago. He has IFR conditions in AL and is waiting on the ceiling to improve prior to launch. Therefore the lunch rendesvous was scrubbed. You might try contacting him on 123.375MHz early afternoon. We did agree to herd up on the way to Dr's Lake on the 15th. Maybe we can form up with you on the way.

Bugger if Rita didn't stop me an hour or two short! Ann ran off and left for home and made it easily in her all weather RV. Fortunately the Lake City Holiday Inn had a room available tonight for SeaRey stragglers. Ah, well, there's always tomorrow.

Dan, Excellent strategy. Let Ann arrive first to clean up the cob webs, sweep out the spiders, and load the pantry. Tomorrow you can arrive in style with no worrys, eh?

The weather was bad all day around here as well. I went on over to Gator Joes by all weather truck just in case Nickens came blasting out of a rain squall to end a very white knucklish flight of 3.3 hours. Thankfully he was too smart for that kind of nonsense.

As I ate my chicken fingers enjoying the fresh, moist breeze, the Mallards (real ones) were bobbing in the building seas. Water was crashing over their backs causing crystals of water to get stuck in the dip of their oiled backs. The water crystal would dance like clear mercury with their constant movement. It made me want to go get the camera…. But I was lazy and just soaked it up with ranch and honey mustard sauce.

Dan, get an early start, it looks to be more of the same tomorrow. Welcome back to the land water sky.
Thanks for the reconnoitering, Robert. The radar was all red and yellow yesterday. It looks so much better this morning.

OK Cats, Rats, and other interested flying personnel! The Food has been ordered, the fuel cans are filled, the Hooter Girls have been in training for weeks, and The Weather God's have been presented with Alms to insure good weather and gentle breezes. Doctor's Lake will be the place this Saturday, October 15th. Gator Frequency (123.375) will be the talk in frequency. If coming from the North and want to transverse NAS Jax traffic area, talk to their tower on 120.0 and advise you're going to the spashdown. I fly through their space regularly at river level. Looks like we're going to have fun!!
