Don, cool pictures. What GPS brand is this? That's a lot better than my Garmin 295.

    Don,

Have you noticed any glitches - bugs with the new upgrade?

Frank ,I got a Dynon on my SeRey. Most people say I got a Dynon with a Searey stuck to it. I'ts a good instrument but I use it mainly as backup. I'm used to the old big dials. Easier to read.

Don: I bought a 2000c 6 months ago. Do you know if mine can be upgraded to provide the terrain avoidance function?

Don Maxwell - Nov 13,2005 Viewers | Reply
John, yes, it can--about $99. Check Lowrance's website (LEI.com, or something similar).

Ed, I have a Dynon in my SeaRey also, but no steam gages. I found it did not take too long to get used to the glass. I don't miss the six pack. VFR only, of course.
