Is it fair game to land in the Corps channel leading to the locks on the East side of Big Lake O?

Is it a federally operated navigable waterway? Unless the waterway is within a municipality that restricts it for safety reasons there is no reason under Florida law that it would be off base. You might, however, check with the controlling agency (Jax Corpse of Engineers, 904-232-2255). If it is restricted, don't tell me. I need to look innocent.

Somehow I get the impression that some mispellings are not misspellings. Good one.
