Yikes! It's no wonder mine were cracked. I wonder if he has only 2 hinges on each flap. It shouldn't bend in the middle like that if there is a 3rd hinge, right?

Perhaps the 'warping' is just an illusion. Seems to me they would twist under pressure but the outside end is probably flat, just looks as though it curves down. In the 'up' position one could easily fix nibs on the flap spar to stop it twising but it does not seem necessary to flight, so?

I took that on Thursday at Bone island. I think he was still out of breath after swimming across the bay- his breathing so hard might be the cause for the flap deflection or maybe thats why he popped out of the water before john even got on the step
