Description: Just south of Branford, FL the spring fed Santa Fe merges with the Suwannee's dark espresso colored swamp water. The Suwannee Searey Mission is great day of river flying/exploring and I plan to go back again, but start earlier and explore more.

When I first saw this, John, I was sure you had the wrong river. I've never seen the Santa Fe with such great visibility. The river is prime hunting grounds for fossils (mammoth teeth and camel jaws). Bring your snorkel next time and we'll do some collecting.
