Whirlpools erupting in the shallows alerted me to a pair of dolphin corralling some fish in the shallows by the St. Marks Lighthouse.

While never from the air, I've seen Dolphin fish corralling several times and it is a sight to behold! Great shot Dan!

Dan, just follow the St. Marks River north from the lighthouse, and near where the Wakulla and St. Marks River intersect, is a nice Searey friendly waterfront park. A short walk to downtown St. Marks to the Riverside Cafe would be a welcome treat. Great smoked fish dip, and good sweet tea. There is a nice bed a breakfast there, along with a fishcamp motel. A couple of other restaurants and a biker bar add to the charm. I spend most Saturdays in the fall joining the dolphins fishing in front of the Lighthouse.
