Description:
Some folks never learn. I don’t know how many good caps I’ve lost snapping a picture from the SeaRey. With the canopy jerked open, the aircraft turned on its side, my good old Cedar Key airport cap took flight. I hope it missed the prop and is being worn by a beachcomber.
Petit Bois was part of Dauphin Island until about 150 years ago. That’s when the sea cut a channel and made a new island.

Wow, what a throng of bathers--or so I thought at first. This shot and the next one, '14 Alien Invaders,' complement each other nicely.

I know a guy who was flying his Chalenger while wearing what I would call a Austrailan cowboy hat made of leather. It came off in flight and went through his prop. It tore up his prop and he had to put the plane in a field.

When the FAA came to site. They noticed that his gas tank was bigger than the 5 gallons allowed under ultralite rules.
