Description: This carrier deck is loaded. The USS Yorktown was not open for SeaRey landings. We stopped nearby at Charleston Executive. Gas was $8 per gallon.

    A few years back, we got the tour of the Yorktown, and walking the flight deck, my passengers all agreed it was huge, and there would be little or no difficulty landing on same. The next day, departing Charleston Executive and climbing at maybe 3000' over the ship everyone agreed, "No way!!!"<!-- >'"><br><font color=red size=6>' or &gt; missing in user HTML.
