Description: For the second time in a month, the old family farmstead was on my flight path. It looked like the hay had been recently harvested. I knew from fine experience that the field was suitable for SeaReys. Still…..you never know what gopher has dug a new hole right in the touchdown zone. It would be hard to explain to Kerry that I had pranged his plane landing in a hay field.

“Sigh.” I just flew on by.
