Description:
“There’s a field. Put this thing down before you kill us!”
“Are you kidding me? The ceiling is getting higher and the clouds lighter. We’re breaking through!”
“I don’t believe it. That has to be the Powder River below.”
“Oh ye of little faith! It’s downhill from here.”
“Faith is weakened by deeds, and it wasn’t faith we needed back there: it was luck.”
“Skill, cunning and a fine craft, I’d say!”
“Dumb luck, I’d say. And there is a limited supply. I hope you learned your lesson today.”
“I did: ‘Never give up! Never Surrender!’”
'I've heard that line before. It's from the farce 'Space Quest' about pretend heroes.'
'So? It worked in the movies.'
“Sigh. One of these days…..it’s called exposure. You play this gambling game long enough and you’ll pay for it.”
“Not today.”
“The day is not over.”

Dan, I think your copilot meant to say Galaxy Quest. But he's right that the supply of dumb luck is limited. There's even less smart luck, but it works better.
