Description: You never know when change will happen. After lunch down by Boot Hill I got two calls. One said to take Peli to Little Rock to a potential purchaser. A second said that I’d been recalled to work…in New Jersey….in December.

Oh well, why worry? A lot can change before December, or even tomorrow.

Dan, What kind of work do you do?

Before re-tire-ment as an airport bum, Tom, I worked in the hazardous waste management world. Looks like I didn't get it all cleaned up. There is still a mess in New Joisey. Go figure.

Kenneth Leonard - Oct 17,2008 Viewers | Reply
The mess is in DC. Us from the place don't call it 'New'. It's just Jersey.

Can you promise this kind of view in December, Eric? I hope you've got a good fire, not too close to the SeaRey, thanks.

Eric Batterman - Oct 17,2008 Viewers | Reply
Sure can. Sky is the same in this view. Assuming Charlie doesn't move the state to Yucca Mt. Attachments:

Hey Eric, you live in New Jersey? What Exit?

Eric Batterman - Oct 18,2008 Viewers | Reply
Born at exit 4, but no exits in my part of the State now. Just me and the family, wildlife, and the aerobatic box across the street.

Kenneth Leonard - Oct 18,2008 Viewers | Reply
Eric, you must be in Southern Jersey by the look of the picture. I enjoyed 30 years in Morris & Sussex counties. When people ask me what exit off the turnpike, I tell them I've never been on the turnpike so I wouldn't know.

Just throw it all out in the ocean on the Jersey shore, with all the rest of the toxic waste.

Dan Nickens - Oct 17,2008 Viewers | Reply
Good plans, guys. Maybe this can go down a lot quicker than I think!

Tom Rammel - Oct 20,2008 Viewers | Reply
Dan, I thought you looked too young to be retired. I also thought for sure you had some sort of writing occupation with all the great stories we have been reading. Keep up the good work.
