Gives new meaning to the claim 'Target Acquired'. Good hunting Dan. But me thinks we need more evidence <br />that this was indeed the targeted balloon.

To an experienced balloon crash investigator, Frank, the evidence is overwhelming. Note the blackened fire damage present on the top 1/4 surfaces of the crash remnants. Further, note that the bottom 1/5 of the structure has been completely sheered off. This is the portion to which the tether attached. As noted in the battle report, that part of the balloon that was chased by the wannabe ace balloon killer to the water. Unfortunately it was not recovered for forensic evaluation.

Sorry Dan, I'm with Frank, all kills need to be substantiated by a second party to take credit for the kill. Do you have any witnesses? Video evidence?
