That's easy, Dave: the absence of doubt in flying a thoroughly tested and engineered structure. And, bonus, it is still light enough to taxi up on the sand!

I admit to prefering the greenery behind your beach, Don, to suspicious characters lurking under docks. I expect the tide will come in here after the summer rains (August?).
