Dennis, you might have been nosing down just slightly at the instant the photo was taken. But the boom tube is close to horizontal, which is how it's supposed to be for W&B weighing.

Like all seaplanes, the boat part flies nose down during cruise and level during landing (higher angle of attack for the wings).

Yes Terry...SeaReys fly with a little nose down attitude (not to get technical) this photo looks like it may be a little too nose down for level flight,I may be wrong though
