Description: Wait! The day can’t end! I was supposed to test all these fancy electronics! I didn’t look at them all day. Ha! That just means I’ll have to do it over tomorrow. I don’t hate when that happens.

Nice, clean panel in that SeaRey! And you got it composed nicely against the lakeshore.

It's a super SeaRey, Don, and it shares the best feature with all the rest: great glass cockpit with a wrap around view.

    Hi Dan:

Great pictures and great commentary.... as always.

As an aside, Lake Mead is at a 50 year low and continues to drop. Causal factors include rising use of water by nearby population centres as well as multi-year drought conditions.

Did you get to Reno for Race week? Mike Dacey, a good pal of mine won the Supergold class in his Venture. Average speed around the course was 375 mph.... and this in conditions that were nasty. Wind was very strong and gusting up to 50 mph. Turbulence was severe (Mike registered over 5 G's). In fact, the winds and turbulence were so strong that after the Supergold final, the remainder of the races were cancelled Including the Unlimited final).

Our Venture gang sure is proud of Mike!

Best,
Larry

No Reno this trip, Larry, but I was above and below it (Bellingham and Seattle, Washington, Redding and San Francisco, California).

Just let me know when the leaves start changing, Dave, and I'm there.
