It's a different mission. I'll probably have an LSX down the road.

Nice Jon, I gather you sold your Searey? Yours or Garys? Or both yalls?

TT is just about ready to test fly his RV-10. Those RV's are really nice.

Nice looking RV Jon! Bring her to Loves Landing Nov 6. I took the RV 8 around the country this summer. We spent much time at mountain strips in Idaho and Montana. Passed through Oregon, California, Nevada, Grand Canyon, Monument valley, Colorado and Texas. I am making a video of the trip that I hope to finish some day.

It was great fun but certainly a very different fun then what we get from the Searey. The Searey is local fun that is hard to beat. When I fire up the RV, it just doesn't feel right unless my destination is in another state.

My trip out West gave me a close look at a third type plane that would be great to have ........ the light weight bush plane such as the Highlander. You can land these Rotax powered aircraft anywhere.

Rick, Gary and I sold our seareys and partnered in the RV. We may partner in an LSX down the road. It's nice having a partner that is gone two weeks per month

Robert, That sounds like a great trip. My daughter moved to Longmont CO this summer so I had some incentive for a cross country machine.

Ah, cross country what a blast....

Looks good, Gary (for a landplane).

It is a beautiful plane, almost as nice as your old stars and stripes SeaRey, Gary.

Very nice. I know you'll really enjoy that plane guys. Tell us about the panel. All glass?

    Beautiful Jon & Gary!

Methinks Dennis should put a checkerboard on his rudder. (Especially now that he's back in the Vogan skunkworks.)

Anyway, hope to see you both back in a SeaRey sometime soon. As Matt says, you could floats on her. She'd still be faster than a Rey Hmmm... SeaRVy

    Gary

The 9 looks great. I still have your best looking plane though. 80 hr this summer.
