Description: We got a late start for Garner's Landing, so instead of flying southeast down the James to the Intracoastal Waterway and then along the Outer Banks, we took the boring landplane route across eastern North Carolina to KGGE (Georgetown SC) through thermals and a light headwind. It was a bit bumpy, but otherwise a beautiful day for flying.
