Description: but LONG...120 miles long...this bike path goes around the perimeter of Lake Okeechobee...(rim canal to right...lake beyond..This 30 foot high earth dike ws built to contain the lake during hurricanes...in 1928 2,500 people drowned when it overflowed its banks during the hurricane...
