Congratulations Thomas. Now the fun really starts. Wishing you many happy hours of safe and fun
flying. Still building myself and today was a perfect flying day that had me thinking how great it will be
when it is finally first flight time.
This airplane is disgusting. Despite a rigorous test flight yesterday, there was nothing a test pilot could brag about. No parts falling off. No frozen controls. No radios falling out of the panels. In fact, the flight was so perfect as to be almost mundane.

Thanks for letting me fly it, Thomas. It is one of the best flying SeaReys ever. Built by a true craftsman.

For a more 'appealing' experience Dan, you're welcome to fly mine.

It saddens me to report Tom Brooks has flown away and left his SeaRey behind. He died quite suddenly recently after
having lived his dream of flying for 7 years. He was a fixture at the factory and at airshows for Progressive Aerodyne. His
story of finding, building and flying his experimental SeaRey was a remarkable one, adding to those from his many years
with Ford and service with the 101st Airborne in Vietnam. He leaves behind his Airborne 'Rey and a beautiful, growing
family.

I'm sorry Dan. Thanks for letting us know. I think I'll be working on the 'Rey today.

Very sad to hear...I was there when he was building the Searey at the factory. Our thoughts are with his family.

Tom's family wants to sell the airplane. I will post pictures and details under "Review".

Tom will be missed. He was a real joy to be around and so very welcoming!
