Haha, you're a better man than me, Jerry. I brought my plane back to the FLA for the winter. I don't even want to know if the heater works!

You know, I was wondering why I saw it at the PA open house. When do you plan to bring it back? Phil(ippa) and I had a nice flight in late March/early April (can't remember when). http://youtu.be/HijU1xBfe_8

Living on the Eastern Shore is tough duty beginning in November. That's why this Floridian moved. But as for shorts and flip flops it was so cold here yesterday I had jeans, two shirts and had to put the top up to drive home from the hanger. How cold was it? Me thinks Its not just the temp but the change in temp that impacts this blood-thinned oldster. (71F).
Gotta hand it to you Jerry, at least your ears look warm (ish).

That makes me want to rethink heated seats.....

Frank A. Carr - Nov 18,2013 Viewers | Reply
Steve, if you move to Florida, heated seats are standard.

I got training in a cub on skis in NJ (Andover aeroflex) but by the time
we got out, it was pretty
uncomfortable. If you NJ boys haven't tried bush flying at Andover,
give Damian Delgato a call. Remind him I was the guy practicing dead
stick landings over the airport when he snapped a crank on takeoff in
his supercub and did a real dead stick. Ponds at both ends...

Nice little field that Andover aeroflex. Wife and I flew there once, strolled along the lake in the state park, had a picnic and came home. Nice day out.
