Description: Lindsay cruised down the James River past Westover, once a plantation, now run as a family farm by its current owners. The grounds are open to the public. It's one of my favorite places to pass a summer afternoon under the huge old trees. Even the 'Necessary House' is pleasant--a five-holer with a brick fireplace.
