Description: We were flying up the Pamunkey River for the joy of flying up the Pamunkey, said to be the cleanest river in Virginia. Along the high banks are forests, farms, and occasional groups of houses.

This is one of the farms--one with a most unusual crop.

    Wild guess, extreemly low freq comm. very low bandwidth but can not only bounce around the planet <br />reflecting off the atmosphere, but can apparently be hear under water... Public knowledge.
