Yes, it's orange. Sowhataboutit! It's a Florida thang! Kinda kitsch, like Wild Florida Airboat and Gator Park.

Yes, it IS orange! And is there a companion, "Yes, it's blue," photo to go with it? How about a "No, it's fuschia"? Or maybe "Yikes, it's eggplant"?
Those solid colors are refreshing, Dan--especially together. But why stop at such muted hues? Why not Day-Glo green, for example, or other fluorescent colors?

Fluorescent colors (in my experience) fade pretty quickly in the sun. There are additives that help, but they don't seem to do much.

That's been my experience, too, Jim. But ordinary paints in bright colors can stay hot for a long time--probably as long as muted colors. (This may be RED)

You can beach it all the way on top to impress the airboat drivers.

Kerry and I looked closely at the site of your demonstration of that SeaRey capability, Jon, and concluded we aren't sufficiently suave to pull it off with the kind of aplomb you did.

Two for Tiki - Looking kinda like the old days: two SeaReys lunching at the Gay Tiki Hut. The 'Rey in the foreground is the factory's new demo machine. Kerry and I definitely missed the old gang that routinely met here for food and entertainment. Minneola, FL

Great to see you and Kerry able to get into the Tiki Bar. A dry spring brought the lake level down just enough to access it. The last 2 weeks of monsoons will leave your rudders bouncing off the seawall.

There were many memorable adventures off this beach. A personal favorite was documenting the escape and attempted capture of a 'Rey-Gone-Rogue. It's pilot swam half the lake to get her back.
No worries today. Wheels were firmly down in the sand, augmented by a restraining onshore breeze.

You should remember that well Dan. I thought you were coming behind me to help but instead you were going for your camera. Fun times!
