Description: Searey Jeff, Savage Cub Jim, R-44 Steve, and Carol and I all flew to Tommy Crump's recent beach party on the James River, in fairly-east Virginia, about 25 water miles upstream from where John Smith met Pocahontas.

Tommy is a champion hang glider pilot. He and some other guys (including Steve) tow gliders aloft from speedboats, using nearly a mile of towline to get up to 2,000 feet AGL.
