I just found this, and if I hadn't just bought a place on Little Pushaw Lake (only 8 miles NW of this lake), I'd be going after this.

http://www.era.com/erabin/listing?Property=1943326

The pics don't do it justice, and don't show the boat ramp and front yard (large enough for a sport amphib) very well. (Some tree trimming would be needed at the ramp). But looks very promising for a Searey owner. It's on a point, with Luckey Landing seaplane base (where I got my SES rating) across the water on one side and Double A seaplane base across the water on the other.

I mentioned this because, unlike in Florida, waterfront property with a ramp and parking area for a plane is very rare in Maine.
