Bothered by airplane noise? Some local Park City, Utah residents were. There was a report in the local news. The comments show people who live down in the valley are much more tolerant of airplanes, but not so tolerant of the people on the hill!

Here is one of the funniest comments:

'I can see Nadine Wimmer introducing her next story:

'In a related story, Park City residents are tired of hearing the rain hit their roof. They complain that as the drops strike the shingles it creates a deafening sound. John Hollenhorst reports on this Staying Safe update.'

John: 'That's right Nadine, Park City residents say whenever it rains they don't get any rest. The problem? Little water droplets coming out of the clouds and striking their roofs.'

Witness #1: 'It's terrible, sounds like your whole house is going to fall down.'

Witness #2: 'We thought we moved to a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We didn't expect this.'

Witness #3: 'I'm mad. We spend a lot of money on taxes and I want something done about it. I want it stopped.'

John: 'As you have heard Deeny, it's quite a problem and residents up here want something done about it. They plan to meet with city leaders later this month and see if they can't get some answers as to why this problem was allowed to happen.'

Nadine: 'Thanks John.'

by J.H. May 7
