As you Central Florida Flyers know the lakes are really down. My son-in-law is a firefighter in Winter Garden, FL. They rescued a guy on a jet ski from lake Apopka Saturday about 1000 feet off shore from Tanner Hall. He hit a sand bar and was thrown from the jet ski. The Fire Department could not run their boat out there because of the low water and thick mud. They had to call the Sheriff's Department to bring out their air boat. The jet ski did not see the sand bar. I am sure the Searey rides lower in the water than the jet ski so be careful about where you land or play on the lake until the water level improves.

Wade, I didn't see any sand bar today as I circumnavigated the lake. I did see about 4 gazillion alligators though. Jane says she counted only 37, but she doesn't count as well as I do.
