Does anyone have any user info. about the XCOM transciever.Sure looks easy to install and the price is not so bad,about $1600 for a completley pre-wired unit including 2 place intercom.

I've been using one for several years. Works well. Has a VOX intercom, dual channel watch, 99 memories, WX radio, VOR receive, and so on. Fits in 2.25' hole.

Just FYI, the first few hundred XCOMs produced had a display that was hard to read in bright light. That was corrected about two or three years ago.
