Planning a trip to Osh Kosh next month.

Still looking at different planes. Besides visiting the SeaPlane/Amphib location, any other things we absolutely should do? Or any don't bothers or avoid at all costs?

What about accommodations? B&B's preferred, but want something close. Any Hotels close.

My guess is most booked already, but thought I'd throw this out here.

Thanks for any response!

Make sure you make it to the Seaplane Base as well as the Museum.

Are the Searey Demo rides at OshKosh limited to those folks who are very serious about purchasing a kit? If so we don't want to gum up someone else's spot as we won't even consider til it is certified as SLSA.

Get a demo ride. There are a bunch of tire kickers that turned into buyers after their first ride!

If you hope to stay overnight under a roof of some sort, you need to start searching soon, the serious attendees make their reservations a year in advance. Plan to walk through some of the nearly unlimited vendor displays in hangers--especially if you are interested in all gilhoueys . If you're into air-shows, they go on all days. And look around and notice that you're visiting one of the largest and cleanest outdoor shows in the country.<!-- >'">
' or > missing in user HTML. Thanks for the great information. Don't think I'll get my better half to share a bathroom ever again, so dorms are out.

I've a line on a private home that looks promising.

Thanks again,
