I see you are leaving from Lafayette this morning. Your route might make one of the following close around lunchtime:

Welsh, La (6R1) is near the La/Texas border and has a restaurant (Cajun Tales), which is within walking distance just to the East of the airport.

David Wayne Hooks (KDWH) is on the north side of Houston has a restaurant on the field.

Brenham (11R) is NW of Houston has a great restaurant on the field.

Call my cell (sent by PM) for more detailed info, if needed.

Daniel, did a great job in flying my plane to Austin...all the parts are still on it ... He did it one and half
days...beat the crappy weather...and still caught a 3:20 return flight to Orlando Friday...only after he
landed in La. Did I realize he is only 20 yrs old....
He was VERY professional and did not stop at any T...y bars or casinos...the plane looked as good the
day John Stephens built it....
I highly recommend his services and would use him again in a minute...Thanks again Daniel for all your
help.FG

Frank, we have something in common, I also bought my coast guard painted Searey from John.
Have had it a little over a year. I live in Friendswood, Texas at Polly Ranch airstrip. Dave Forsterare
both Searey owners at Polly. You need to fly down to Port O'Conner with us soon . I have a place
there and land on the bay , taxi up on the beach and park and wash it there. Send me an E-mail --
garrett5832@sbchouston. Com.
