Ugly one. But his 206 is probably really, really loud and needs miles to take off. He should get a nice, quiet SeaRey with a 914.

He is a mile north of me. We have spoken twice about it. The HOA president is a control freak but the <br />pilot does himself no favors with his hyper pushy, NY, in your face salesman personality. I land on that <br />lake regularly. I am now avoiding the lake so as not to be sucked into the battle.
