Don't know about you guys but it was an unbelievable day up here on Lake Norman. 60 degrees, sunny, no wind. Quite a break from rain all day yesterday. Here's a couple of shots of some of us that were playing on (and over) the lake. Mike in his Decathlon, Ralph on his dad's J3 on straight floats (just leaving my place). I didn't get a picture of Sam in his Widgeon because he had to peel off for more fuel before I could get the shot. Life is good. With winters like this, who need a place in Florida.

We had nice weather that day here, too, Dennis. There wasn't much flying--but a Florida Searey guy, Peter M., dropped in for the night and we just sat around b.s.ing. Almost as good.
I think 2018 was the wettest year here since the NWS began keeping records, around 1880.
