It's fairly easy to find digital versions of the NY TAC (and others) online, and most of the tablet GPS apps have it in their maps. But to see what's on the <I>back</I> of the chart--well, that's a different story.
You need the info on the back before flying up or down the Hudson River below skyscraper height. Of course you can (and probably should) purchase a paper copy of the chart. But I've just found an FAA source that gives the info in a free .pdf: https://www.faasafety.gov/files/gslac/courses/content/79/775/kneeboard.pdf
The FAA has a site chock full of charts and other useful info: https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/vfr/
You can save some of these charts on your tablet or phone, in case your paper chart blows out the window at an awkward time.
