Just to let you know--any member of Splash and Dash can add new members. To add someone to Splash, you'll need to know his or her first and last names, gender, and email address.
(STS hasn't changed: Proof of Searey ownership is required, so only the administrators can admit new members.)

We're hoping that eventually the Splash site will be readable and searchable by everyone, while still requiring membership to post.
But that might mean changing back to having administrators inviting new members, to keep spammers at bay.
