    It's a Canon Powershot S3IS, Frank. It's a medium-priced camera with a fixed (non-removable) lens, but it has a 12:1 zoom, and the electronics are about the same as Canon's big cameras. It's a pretty good compromise between price and features, although the lens isn't up to professional standards.
