Tom Brook's family needs to sell his airplane, N454FB. It's an amateur-built experimental with a Rotax 912ULS installed. It is located at the Brighton airport in Michigan. From the documentation I've seen I believe it will need a Condition Inspection. Photos and descriptions I've seen say it's not a pristine example, with dimples in the wings (from transport Kerry says) and scratches on the bottom of the hull. I haven't seen the airplane but I'd be happy to get anyone who is seriously interested in contact with the family (phone 407.620.2761, e-mail aero0121@aol.com)

Just looking at a picture of what I'm told is the last logbook entry, Friese ailerons were installed in June 2018 at 295 hours. The engine picture (above) shows an oil filter with a June 3, 2017 date and 276.6 hours. I don't think it got a lot of flying since then.
