    I am relisting this post.

I am looking to rent a room or small apartment in Florida (preferrably central to east coast), through at least part of this coming winter. Would prefer a room with a separate entrance; not looking to share a house, impose or inconvenience anyone. Not looking to be fed or entertained; will take care of all my own meals. Access to kitchen not necessary, but bathroom and laundry would be nice. This may be right after Christmas through to April. I thought I would throw this out to the Searey group first, before I go the AirBnb route (which I have not used yet).

Maybe someone has a camper or RV in their yard that could be rented where it is, with water and electric hookup?

One single male (me), non-smoking, no pets, very quiet and private. Will engage in aviation conversation at any time, though. Please contact me via email, markwb1e@gmail.com.

I may have something for you Mark. My friends have a 38 foot travel trailer that is parked at Flying Gator Field year round. This
year they are staying in their diesel pusher coach parked next door. They just arrived from Canada and mentioned they might be
interested in renting the trailer. I will pass your e-mail to them tomorrow. It is a nice trailer and I have a hangar for you if you wud
like to bring your plane.

Bill, I think I've found something, but where is this? Not familiar
with this field.

Gator Field is just north of Clermont and about 10 miles southwest of Tavares and the Searey factory.

    Bill, I found it......I notice it is just inside Orlando's Mode C veil....if I
came down I would be driving, not bringing my plane anyway, but if I
did I assume I would not be able to use Gator Field as I don't have a
xponder.....I am not used to such busy airspace so what may be
common to you guys is not for me, thus the possibly dolt question.
Everyone on that field have a xponder?

The floor of the Orlando TCA is 6000 feet above Gator Field. I have a nice new garmin transponder that rarely goes beyond the
standby mode.
