Description: Getting to know one of the locals. This little Joey's mother got herself caught in a fence and unfortunately 'didn't make it'. This little guy just got lucky when we happened buy and retrieved him from her pouch.

    Judy, they will raise it by feeding it a special marsupial milk formular. For the next 2 to 3 months it will live a lot indoors but then start living more outdoors. They become VERY attached to the person who feeds it.<br /><br />It will continue to live around the house untill it comes time for it to breed and then it will leave. It is quite common for a Human raised Roo to bring its offspring back to the house.
