    frank. i dont think that the volume of air comming off the prop will allow any water to accumulate there.maybe there are drains there also.it does look awesome and obviously one is flying, a 4 place amphib would be nice.

    Well when it gets a bit low in the water it can use the tail as a hydrofoil.
